Informational roles of management involve sharing, handling and analyzing available information for the benefit of the organization. Interpersonal responsibilities of management on the other hand involve coordinating and interacting with employees, clients, partners, shareholders and other stakeholders in the organization in order to mobilize resources that will help the organization accomplish its goals...
